"I have learned about the reactive mind and come to realize that for all these years my reactive mind has been my tormentor and my ball and chain. I have learned that there are tools available to me to release the engrams in my reactive mind and give me peace and joy! I have become aware that there is lots of work to do in this regard but I have also found that there are individuals who have forged the way for me to follow and there is love and hope.
